Universal Giftedness Testing Would Help Identify Gifted Children Who Are Not Caught by the Current System

The study reveals that a far greater number of gifted children exist in the Czech Republic than official data suggests—and that many remain undetected due to systemic barriers. Gifted girls and children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds are especially likely to be overlooked.

The study calls for universal talent testing in schools to ensure equal opportunities and recommends better tools and teacher training to support gifted students more effectively.
